As a restaurant that specializes in fresh, locally-sourced food, we take pride in serving the best that the Great Lakes has to offer. One of our favorite fish to feature on our menu is walleye, a fresh water fish that can be found right in our Little Bay de Noc.

Little Bay de Noc is a popular destination for walleye fishing enthusiasts. This area is known for its excellent walleye fishing, with anglers from all over the country traveling to the area to experience the thrill of reeling in these prized fish. Peak season for walleye in Little Bay de Noc is typically from late spring through early fall, however our locals are out there year round. One of the benefits of serving local walleye is that it is a sustainable fishery. In recent years, efforts have been made to manage the walleye population in the Great Lakes, ensuring that this delicious fish remains a staple of our local cuisine for years to come.
Our walleye is battered in a house-made beer batter with Upper Hand Brewery’s Upper Peninsula Ale. This beer is a light-bodied American Pale Ale that is brewed with a blend of hops from the Pacific Northwest, giving it a citrusy and slightly piney aroma and flavor.
Come on in and enjoy the fresh U.P. take on fish & chips!
